The crisis at the Censor Board has affected the promotions of Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor-starrer “Finding Fanny” with the premiere of the film being postponed to September 1. The premiere was earlier scheduled to be held 17 days in advance on August 25.
On Monday, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrested CEO of India’s film censorship board on charges of accepting bribes to clear films.
The makers of “Finding Fanny” are wary that the film's certification won't happen on time and thus have decided to postpone the premiere date to be on a safer side.
