She repeated the chunky necklace from an event even earlier than 2007. I cant recollect what event it is, but i managed to get a photo.
I like the way she has mixed and matched the various parts of her ensemble.
With her career going nowhere, she must have chosen to wear her old stuff for the lavish Atlantis party.

Neetu chandra repeated her black outfit... She wore it first at the Fashion success party which was a night time event and later during the day for the world disable day event where she paired it with a dior glass.
I dont liek the outfit so didnt like it during the day or night. But love the dior glasses.
