The basic concept is to shade the eye to accent its shape, or to change its shape by using a progression of light to dark colors across the eye, blending one over the other so that you can’t see where one stops and another starts.
1. Using a fine, blunt-ended brush, gently apply the base colour(lightest color in the palette) to the entire lid from the inside to the outside corner and from the base of the lashes to the eyelid crease.
2. The deeper shade is applied from the lash line to the crease line.
