2)Use a nude lip pencil to line the outside of the lip. Draw the line along the shape that you want, Basically slightly extending over your natural lip line.Fill the entire lip area to form a base.
3) Use a lip brush to apply clear lip gloss over your lips.
4) Dab a little bit of sparkle lip gloss on the center of your bottom lip.
