Simple Hair styles.

Style 1: One of the styles i like is the one that julian moore has in laws of attraction.
its kinda simple..
hair length: medium to long.
hair type: Straight
accessories: hair pins, can make use of croc. clips.
products: some serum to keep the flyaways.
occasion: casual/can be used for prom.
Steps:
1. make a side partition.
2. now sweep hair back, and hold it about 4 inches above the nape of the neck.
3. From that point, hold the upper part of the hair and release the lower part and let it sit on ur shoulder.
4. now with the upper part of the hair, collect it together 4 inches above the nape of the neck(that wud be the end of the hair line on your neck) and twist it into a small bun leaving the end portion of the hair...pin it up with hair pins or a clip if u like..
5. now comb the end portion and let it hang . this end portion should not be more than 2 inches.
6. comb the remaining hair.
7. take a lil serum in your palm and put it on the top of the head so their wont be any flyaways.
8. with the loose hair- you can either curl it or leave it straight the style goes well with both.(the wavy version of a similar look was sported by Jlo in wedding planner(dance) sequence)
9. you can also remove some strands of hair from the front for a casual look.
* if you want you can sprinkle some some glitter on the top of your head to give it a glam look.
* you can also put some glitter between the partition.
* you can put some stars on the front part of your hear.

Style 2: Sweeped bun look(Jlo in wedding planner)
hair length: medium to long
hair type: straight
accessories: plastic band to tie hair, hair pins
products: some serum to keep the flyaways.
occasion: formal.
Steps:
1. thoroughly comb your hair.
2. apply the serum to prevent flyaways.
3. this style can be done with or without partition.
4. collect your hair at the nape of the neck and tie it up in a pony(with the help of the plastic band.)
5. take the pony and surround the plastic band with it. the hair should look twisted and completely cover the plastic band.
6. hold it there and pin it in place. take care that there r no hair jutting out of the wrap.
7. it should look like a neat bun at the nape of the neck.
8. Use hair spray to set the look.
9. *can make the look casual by removing some strands of hair from the front and sides..

* Thanks Anshu for giving me the idea of making a post for hair styles..
