the perfect eye liner is BOBBY BROWN make. comes in a little jar ( several colours)
with a thin brush.

I use the Body Shop liquid liner - works wonders! :)

best liqiud eyeliner i suggest is Chanel or Dior liquid pen liner .

If you live in the states try the Stila liquid eye liner ... its $ 16, a tad bit expensive but it will give you the exact look you are going for ! Esp the cat eye look and its very precise... Mac liquidliner is good too and its the same amount

Honestly just practice practice practice ... practice makes perfect ... this look is not that hard to attain! And Also I believe shes wearing eye shadow undernearth the eye liner to make it pop

first apply the eyeliner close to your lashline n u can make it thicker if u want to n then just go beyond your lash line upwards...I've tried bourjois liquied brush eyeliner n its great however if you are not used to brushes it's a bit tricky.
