I came across this photo of Aishwarya when she was at an event - notice her forehead, cheek and chin..
How do you think she removed these imperfections? Do you think she stuck with her 'natural skin care regime' or she went for some chemical therapy?

OMG ppl ... get a life. How insecure are we that we need closeups of others with imperfections to make ourselves look good.
IMO she still looks nice. I never met her, I don't know her. I don't love her and I don't hate her.
