I came across this photo of Aishwarya when she was at an event - notice her forehead, cheek and chin..
How do you think she removed these imperfections? Do you think she stuck with her 'natural skin care regime' or she went for some chemical therapy?

IMO she still looks nice. I never met her, I don't know her. I don't love her and I don't hate her.

I have seen her face like this before many times. One I remember at an award function, there was a close up. She had those whiteheads on her cheeks as well.
