Ten tips to get the body you want :
1. Don’t eat that samosa.
2. Eat small meals, every two hours, instead of three big meals.
3. Stay away from refined foods. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables, and lean meats.
4. Exercise.
5. Cut down on caffeine and drink more water. Green tea has the caffeine you need, so switch from coffee.
6. Accept that there can be no excuse for straying from your regime.
7. Put on music and dance.
8. Recognise that there is no easy way.
9. Don’t be a lazy bum. You only need six hours of sleep. Get up and get moving.

Is it just Samosa that you dont eat...or all deep dried foods????
I was following these tips but I sleep 8 hours a day..so after a week of doing these tips I lost a pound and I was really fat I mean really fat so I stiil keep on doing these tips after 1 month of completing it ...my skin was like katrina kaif 's without make up so once I went to a party without make up and ppl say wow nice make up I was like I didn't put any make up but I wanted to say some thing else here it goes
And now I am skinny but I go to the gym and I still do
My cousin is a model so I attended her fashion show last week...so when I went back stage at the end of the show my cousin introduce me to the women who made the show..and she said wow we need more models beautiful like u soo I was like I am not a model she said so become one I was like soo happy then she talked to my mom and now I am a model yay its fun and I am enjoying it...and now I am gonna be a model then I am gonna be a bollywood actress just like katrina kaif soon

tip 9 is wrong, if you follow the other tips (which include exercising and dancing) then you definitely need more sleep than just 6 hours. When you sleep, your body repairs and regains the energy lost in during the day. Besides if you sleep well, you'll end up with beautiful skin. So sleep well girlies!
