Aditya Pancholi's son Suraj Pancholi, has been arrested by Mumbai police in connection with the suicide of actress Jiah Khan, an official said Monday.
Senior Police inspector Arun Bhagat of Juhu police station, where the case has been registered, told reporters: "Suraj has been arrested under Section 306 of the IPC - abetment of suicide. He will be presented tomorrow at Andheri court."
"The IPC section pertains to abetment of suicide, and Suraj Pancholi will be presented before a magistrate Tuesday morning," Bhagat told media.
