Bollywood celebrities being detained at airports when returning home is nothing new. Recently, Ranbir Kapoor was seen walking through the green channel at the Mumbai airport. Reporters soon found out that he was detained for bringing in luxury goods for personal use. He came back on British Airways flight, returning from London when customs officials detected that he had brought back luxury goods such as clothes and perfumes worth Rs. 100,000. Half an hour later, he paid a duty of Rs. 60,000 and left the airport.

The late director will be honoured as the Father of Contemporary Indian Cinema at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IIFM) 2013 and a theatre is to be named the "Yash Chopra Cinema" for a year.
The director of the festival, Mitu Bhowmick Lange is happy to announce this and feel blessed that Melbourne as a city has been blessed by Yash Chopra as some of his films were shot there.

Some of the biggest names in Bollywood will come together for a song in the movie, Bombay Talkies, which celebrates 100 years of Indian cinema.
The song, titled ‘Apna Bombay talkies’, will have 20 industry stalwarts. It has been choreographed by Vaibhavi Merchant.
