Vishal Bhardwaj ropes in Shahid Kapoor for his next Shakespeare adaptation
After last working together on the hit film Kaminey back in 2009, director Vishal Bhardwaj has managed to rope in Shahid Kapoor again for one of his upcoming films based on a Shakespeare play. The director's admiration for the English poet and playwright, William Shakespeare, has inspired him in the past to make film adaptations of Macbeth and Othello (Maqbool and Omkara). Insiders believe that Vishal is planning to adapt either Hamlet or King Lear. According to sources, Vishal and Shahid were not on the best of terms due to creative differences during the making of Kaminey.
