Showdown Between Akshay Kumar and Sajid Khan

Sounds like not all is great for director Sajid Khan. Yesterday, we heard the news of Saif Ali Khan reconsidering to work with him and today, about a massive show down between him and Akshay Kumar.
Apparently, Sajid has stated that his films 'Housefull' and "Housefull 2' gave Akshay Kumar a new lease of life. Before 'Houseful', Akshay had a string of flops and the same was the case before 'Houseful 2'.

Two major movies fight it out for screens once again!

Last quarter we saw two production houses battle it out for screens during a Diwali release. Ajay Devgn's ADF pressed charges against YRF saying YRF was in an unfair tie-in arrangement with the exhibitors. The films in question were ADF's 'Son of Sardaar' and YRF's 'Jab Tak Hain Jaan'.

The sequel of 2007's hit film, 'Welcome' produced by Firoz Nadiadwala is soon going on floors but this time, the makers have decided to not go with Akshay Kumar. They have signed John Abaraham for the lead role but have not mentioned anything bout the female lead.
John-Akshay have been on-screen partners-in-crime in Garam Masala and Desi Boyz and we hope, this does not do anything to the rapport that these two share.
The sequel will be directed by Anees Bazmee.
