For the past three years, Salman Khan starrers have booked Eid as their release date. But this year, it will be the Shahrukh Khan starrer Chennai Express, directed by Rohit Shetty and costarring Deepika Padukone, that will release on Eid this year.
It will be interesting to see whether or not Salman Khan's next film (Mental) will still go ahead and set its release date for Eid. If so, this would surely be one interesting box office battle!
