Bombay Talkies is a series of short films directed by Karan Johar, Anurag Kashyap, Dibakar Banerjee and Zoya Akhtar. The films star a range of actors including Amitabh Bachchan Rani Mukerji, Randeep Hooda, Katrina Kaif, Saqib Saleem and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The music is composed by Amit Trivedi and the film is set for release on 3rd May (when Indian cinema completes a hundred years).

Rani hopes to work with Bhansali again

Rani Mukerji recently took the time out to launch Sanjay Leela Bhansali's television debut, the adaptation of famous Gujarati novel Saraswatichandra.
"I will always be there for him. He is my good friend and favourite director. This is his debut on television and I wish him good luck. I want everyone to watch this show.
I am sure that like his films Devdas, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Black and others, even this show will be spectacular," she said.
