She was dressed in a black Rocky S gown for the event. Is this look a hit or a miss?
Given that it was for a brand endorsement event, I will give this look a miss. I would have have prefered her in something more simpler. The ruffles on the shoulders and waist are distracting :(

Though the dress was a tad too short, Bipasha looked smoking hot. She gets bonus points for the pink lips, soft curls & the gorgeous pair of shoes!
