Sonam Kapoor is going all out to promote her new film 'Khoobsurat'.
The actress attended the Umang 2014 College festival earlier today in a fun look which consisted of a set of printed shirt and pants from designer Jonathan Saunders Pre Fall 2014 collection.
She threw a black blazer over her shirt and finished her look out with a pair of pastel colored Roger Vivier shoes and an Alexander Wang bag. Her rings are from Manish Arora fro Amrapali and hoop earrings from Trusa at Le Mill.

Who was your best dressed of the week?

Who was your best dressed of the week?

We had a lot of great looks this week. So instead of 7, I was hard pressed to choose 10 looks for my Best Dressed of the Week list.
Deepika managed to score two spots on the list.
My Personal favs were PeeCee in Rachel Gilbert (So gorg!!) and Deepika Padukone in her Manish saree (So glam!!!). Also how fab did Tisca look in her AM:PM saree.

For today's promotions of her film 'Khoobsurat', Sonam Kapoor went back into the archives of the work of her mom when she used to design clothes and picked out a red look, that she complimented with silver jhumkas, a bangle and a chain bag.
I find it so interesting that Sonam thought of wearing a look that her mom had designed years ago. And what's even more interesting is that it still looks fresh. Its vintage yet wearable in today's day and time.

Yay or Nay : Sonam Kapoor in Zara and Nisha Sainani

Sonam Kapoor attended the Navbharat Samvaad event earlier today wearing a pastel colored ensemble.
She paired her striped embellished Zara top with a printed skirt by designer Nisha Sainani. It was cute outfit, so I was happy to see her bring the cuteness a notch down by adding these nerdy metallic flat sandals from River Island at Jabong.
The only thing I would take away from the look are those Prerto earrings. They are gorgeous, but I felt that they clashed with the young vibe of the rest of the look.

It wouldn't be wrong to say that right accessories can make or break your look. And no look is complete without that touch of jewellery/accessories.
The current generation is all about statement jewellery. Adding a chunky piece of neon or multi colored stone necklace can instantly elevate your simple black dress look. Or pairing tangerine earrings with your white kurta to make it more fun and youthful.
