Rock On 2 Occupancy Report Day 1: Farhan-Shraddha's film opens to a poor start!
While Rock On was well-received by both critics and audience, looks like the stars aren't favoring Rock On 2.
The sequel to the Farhan Akhtar-Shraddha Kapoor starrer had a very dull start at the ticket window, around 5-10%!
With a not-so-successful music album unlike the first part and weak male leads, the film failed to hold the audience's attention. Barring Shraddha Kapoor, who has been on a good run in her last few films except Haider, has been unable to save the film.
Moreover, the currency issue has affected the film but even if it was not there, it still would have been a poor start for Rock On 2.Reportedly, the opening is so dull that only a handful of theaters across the country had an audience count of 50 in the morning shows!
Hopefully, the weekend will infuse more enthusiasm in the audience...
