Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starred Bharat released on June 5, 2019. The film was directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. This was Salman, Katrina and Ali's second collaborating together after Tiger Zinda Hai in 2017. As TZH was a blockbuster, the audience had a lot of expectations from Bharat.
Well, the film truly lived up to the audience's expectations and worked really well at the box office. Coming to Bharat's second Monday business, as reported by Box Office India, this Salman and Katrina starrer earned Rs 2.50 crore approx. The second week collection of the film is now Rs 18.25 crores approx.
As reported by BOI, in its first week the film earned Rs 168.16 crores and summing it up with the second week collection which is 18.25 crores approx, the total collection is now 186.41 crores approx. The portal reports that Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer will be considered a semi hit once the Friday collections are out.
Apart from Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, Bharat also starred Disha Patani, Sunil Grover, Jackie Shroff and Tabu in pivotal roles.
