Aamir Khan or Ranbir Kapoor - Who pulls the 'old man' act better ?

to be honest, its ranbbir.. yes aamir is a super star and ranbir is a upcoming superstar so its natural that aamir gets many votes but if you are honest take a look at these known facts:

Aamir puts his hear and soul into anything he does until he gets it perfectly.. naturally there is a lot of effort that goes in and this shows in his acting. h needs to think and rethink, act, react and then when hes convinced he gives his ok to the shot.in short he is NOT a natural or spontaneous actor who can emote in a single take which is what the true refection of a great actor is all about.
Ranbir on the other hand, is a hard worker too but he obviously does not have the authority yet to command and giv a go ahead to whether he thinks he did it ok or not. so obviously whatever he acts doesnt get as many takes as aamirs.

Aamir has been in the industry for 25-26 years or even more. Ranbir is here for 4 years. Forget that.. compare Ranbirs movie in his second year to aamirs movie in his second year into the industry and you will see the difference in acting.

Ranbir is a natural. Aamir is great as well but that simply goes down to sheer experience and his peruasion to be perfect not anything that he is gifted with.

In this ad too it takes a lot more for a 20 something guy to pull off a 60 plus something elderly mans antics than the ffort required by a 45 old actor whos had more than 2 decades of experience. Even then the difference should be a lot between aamir and ranbir but here I feel both are good eventually making Ranbir th winner given the fact he is less experienced than aamir in the naunces of aamir

This is such an ignorant and bigoted comment! If you bother to brush up your knowledge you would know that baptised (amritdhari) Sikhs tie their turban exactly the way Aamir has tied in this ad. It's not as if only Muslims or ''terrorists'' tie such a turban. Maybe you have never looked beyond filmy forums, this is why you are making such an ignorant comment.

Ranbir for me.. I am not his fan at all but if i've to pick b/w Aamir n Ranbir then i'll definitely go for Ranbir bcoz he is natural n efforless.. On the other hand Aamir's hard work always shows, his acting never looks effortless, that's my opinion..But i reallly appreciate his selection of movies though

Please! Let us not compare. Aamir Khan was the first one to adopt different avatars in his ads. And it is good that Ranbir is following his footsteps & trying to different & creative stuff in ads.
Both are good. One is a legend & another is future legend.

Aamir has always maintained he sees Ranbir as the bext superstar & admires his talent. While Ranbir lists Aamir among his role models in cinema.

No comparisons. We enjoy both talented guys who have the guts to do something different than playing themselves in ads!

Aamir for me!! rofl, he could play an old Tagore anytime soon, but his tenor voice sounds a bit too youngish. Ranbir's voice actually sounded husky in an oldish way...hope I made sense...

i love both but aamir is just my favourite and here, he just pulls off the old man act so convincingly. must say anything aamir does, he does with a lot of thought and the end product is , of course, fantastic!!
