The owners of these magazines are friends with many of the actresses and their various PR machines. Thats why you can have a list where Parineeti Chopra, #49, -albeit a talented actress but NOT HOT - can actually be placed WAY ABOVE the likes of international supermodels (who are GORGEOUS) such as Miranda Kerr & Irina Shayk and then Cheryl Cole and Jennifer Lopez.
