Riteish & Genelia the new 'IT' couple of Bollywood talked to DNA on a variety of things. One being how Riteish was called as being gay. Excerpts from the interview: How did you handle link ups before marriage? G: See, it was very frivolous. And it died eventually. There was nothing that grew on because they were just rumours. You're talking to your co-star and the person present there will create a story. Two people in the film industry are not treated with the same equation that you'd have in an office. look at Abhishek, what he deals with: married to one of the most beautiful women in the world... he has to face a huge amount of haters, jokes and mocks.
now Ritesh is married to one of the most beautiful ones too- he's gonna get a lot of eggs.
fame comes with hate.. deal with it. there are jealous and just plain bullies out there.. including journalists. if you get upset over that, they win. so just hold yourself high and believe in the truth. no need to let the bullies ever get you down.
Bollywood and the press who claimed this would have treated him better if he was a serial cheater.. rather than a faithful guy who only has it for his gf/wife. they think serial cheaters are 'normal'.
any clue why Bollywood actors always cheat or must flirt. ?? there was even an actor who claimed he had to explain to his newly married bride that flirting with his co-stars was part of his job to 'keep up his image'. So there is Riteesh wo would never ever do that to Genelia-- and had to be called that.
if he was, it's FAB.. but why should the media print it with no evidence and lies-- just to 'get someone down'.
guess no one likes gentlemen these days.... and no one considers acting a profession-- not an 'fake image' game.
no offence but most of bollywood actors look and act gay (i am not saying that they are) like SRk, John Abraham. Abhi, Patriek, HR etc look and act very camp may be due to too much "casting couch" in the beginning of their career? or they just can't pull off metrosexual look they try to copy from hollywood hunks and end up looking gay.

this is just plain jealousy because he is from a political background, has married one of the most beautiful and dedicated actresses (Genelia), and he looks down on most of the Bollywood women and snobs them out.
