Isolation of Priyanka Chopra[An article by Masand] ?
I never believed any stories of Priyanka Chopra being isolated in the industry. But a lot of stories going on in the media lately makes me think otherwise. There was this news of her doing Karan Johar's next opposite Hrithik. Hrithik's party clearly denied the story. What took the cake was Rajeev Masand's column in Open Magazine this week. Please read it and share your comments. Guests who attended Dharma Productions CEO Apoorva Mehta’s 40th birthday celebrations at Land’s End Hotel in Bandra last Saturday have been sniggering at the snub Priyanka Chopra reportedly got from Karan Johar. At least two eyewitnesses say the actress gave a warm hug to her Dostana producer, who is believed to have returned the embrace, but didn’t exactly stick around to chat. Johar was seen spending time with Sonam Kapoor and Preity Zinta, but allegedly maintained a distance from Priyanka, who he is still supposedly mad at. Story goes that in the wake of all the negative publicity the actress has been receiving lately (mostly for her rumoured link-up with Shah Rukh Khan), Priyanka’s publicists planted a story that the actress had been signed up for Johar’s next production, an adaptation of the bestseller The Immortals of Meluha opposite Hrithik Roshan. The idea behind planting the story was to dispel rumours that actors and filmmakers were no longer willing to work with her. But Johar reportedly blew a fuse when the story ran, insisting that he didn’t even have a script ready for the project, and was many months away from casting actors and actresses for the movie. The filmmaker apparently has no immediate plans to work with Priyanka, lest it jeopardises his long friendship with SRK’s wife Gauri. No wonder he wasn’t thrilled with false stories claiming the contrary.

It's actually shameful if SRK is indeed having an affair with PC. Big shame. He had only one thing which set him apart from other lot, his clean family life. Or is he doing it to quell those gay rumours and prove he's very much a heterosexual?
This affair needs no proof, it is too obvious. Think of the all weekend they spent together last year. During the IPL season. In Toronto, Priyanka was backstage waiting for SRK, then they moved to the hotel together. In London, she even has canceled her film shooting to spend a few days with SRK at the hotel.

I read gauri said she will leave if her husband gets attracted to another woman..What happened now? She is clinging to him and is trying to make him jealous by hanging on to hot hunks or rival team..It was easy to say that but in reality it takes guts and Individuality to leave him..what is she with out him? she is realizing it now..

Hrithik and srk are very close friends along with their wives.
SRK'S WIFE tells hrithik not to mingle with priyanka at parties when she is there because she knows he will oblige as they are that good friends.
I'm sure she has friends *outside* of the bollywood industry and her life won't come to a halt because of her colleagues from the industry..

a woman cannot tolerate the fact that her husband is attracted to another female and uses all tactics of blaming the other woman. She is ready to forgive her husband, think he is innocent and justify his actions as expected for male species! a husband lured or seduced by another woman??? what is a husband?.... a dog who blindly chases any skirt??? Most married women feel insecure of their husbands getting attracted to younger prettier females and conveniently blame the 'other woman' for 'stealing' their husband. Blaming their own husband for getting attracted to the 'other woman' implies the wives are no longer capable of keeping their husbands hooked to them!
I don't know much about this situation...but I when two people engage in an affair...the married one has definitely hurt a lot more people and has more to answer to...they are both in the wrong...but the married one had more responsibility...
