It's CONFIRMED! Kareena has walked out of Sanjay Bhansali's 'Ram Leela'
It indeed seems like Kareena wont be doing Ram Leela. Here is a conformation from Times of India. The actress says, "I walked out a week ago. I had allotted 100 days for the shooting in August as per contract but Mr Bhansali wanted more days to shoot. My managers Reshma Shetty and Zahid Khan thought about it and decided it wasn't possible as I have signed three new big films for next year. The shooting for one of them begins in October immediately after the release of Heroine. I've also given 32 days of promotional time for Heroine as it's a very special film for me. That wouldn't have been possible if I had given those dates to Ram Leela." She further clarifies, "I am extremely ambitious and very career-oriented and my personal life has never come in the way of of my career. My not doing this film has nothing to do with my wedding. Everyone knows Saif and me have been together in a relationship for the last five years and such stories about me being replaced because I am getting married are floated by PR machineries on an overdrive! So people, just back off and let me focus on my work!" Zahid reveals the other major cause for Bebo leaving the film. "We had fixed a lumpsum amount for a 100-day shoot and had clarified that if the director took more time than that, we would be compensated, on a per-day basis. Mr Bhansali was okay with it initially but later he asked for more days and didn't want to pay us extra for those days. We thought it's better to do three films in 150 days than just get stuck with one."

kareena haters are on full swing to twist the facts, kareena's wedding news were started in January and SLB already knew that she was going to marry before he offered her movie, he is being jerk for demanding 5 month for this crappy movie from kareena and doesn't want to pay her full money, he must be thinking that bebo is too desperate to work with him that she will accept his offer but he didn't knew that bebo is bebo she will not compromise on money.

oh please! kareena done nothing to aish it was MB who kicked her out, and SLB already knew that bebo was getting married in October so he didn't kick her out because of she is getting marry. she herself walked out because of less money and demanding more time.
people are yupping nonsense on pinkvilla that bebo walked out because SLB didn't want a married women in his movie, SLB already knew that bebo was going to marry soon when he offered her movie, the reason kareena walked out is that she doesn't want to spend half of her year on this crappy musical for less money while she can do 3 better movies for better money in the same time span. that is the smart move of kareena she has passed the stage where actresses have to just dance around tree she is well established actress who wants to do serious roles.

i dont think its kareena's loss, nt one bit. if a director of slb's caliber thinks that a married actress cant play juliet, god take pity on him. n especially when kareena dint want any special leave during her wedding, what was the director's problem??

Wow, yes if you check other news SLB has given a statement that he doesn't want a married Juliet. Usually I would defend the woman in such cases, but this seems like:
1) karma. Bebo seemed greedy in grabbing Heroine (which she hopes will win her the National award), after poor Aish was cruelly ditched, despite filming her part. Bebo's intentions are always about fame, money and poor.
2) SLB wanted to make Bajirao Mastani with Bebo and Salman, with the condition that as the two had no been then yet paired that Bebo avoid signing any movies with Salman. But greedy went and did the crap that was Kyun Ki.
I just hope SLB does NOT choose PC (another equally overexposed and irritating, fake and greedy actress), instead gives a fresh talent a chance.

SLB already knew that bebo was going to marry when he offered her movie he just couldn't pay her demands, Kareena is just too expensive for him, why would kareena accept less money for such a cliche useless movie when she is getting bigger offers. it is smart move for kareena to reject this stupid movie and move on bigger projects.

SLB always behaves like a big boss. Expects all his actors to work with him at reduced remuneration, give him bulk dates etc while he makes the big bucks. If kareena was replaced atleast she was honest enough to allow that happen by not hiding her marriage. and even if she has walked out she is professional by walking out before the project goes on floors.
