There is NO resemblence at all. Kareena kapoor looks like Irish actress Natascha McElhone and it is Nigar Khan, that "Chadti Jawani video" actress, who looks like Paris Hilton. Please have your eyes checked.

I love Karishma and I'm not a total fan of Kareena but she didn't go under the knife. Her face has always been skinny yet square and earlier when she stepped into the industry she had a lot of fat on her face. She just recently lost that fat as well as losing fat on her body. If she went under the knife her face size wouldn't change with her body. Even after the massive weight loss when she gained the weight back her face looked the same again as it used to. Paris hilton got a nose job done maybe that's why her nose resembles Kareenas :-p. She actually did go under the knife for a nose job. Kareena had no surgery. It was her weight loss she naturally had that face cut and jawline her weightloss worked wonders. Now that she has gained a bit of weight back on her face is getting a bit chubby again.

The only reason Kareena and Paris look alike these days is because of Kareena's plastic surgery. She underwent a surgery to get her teeth aligned and get a sharper jaw line. Thats why her jawline totally resembles Paris. Maybe she was "inspired" by Paris for her surgery? She also had cellulite removal done. Anyways Kareena has been highly successful post plastic surgery I guess the whole procedure helped her career.
