Herione was news even way before Ash signed the film. Before she signed it it was about kareena doing the film or not. Not because of Ash. Wats the big deal it's not her movie anymore. Get over it.. People can't digest the fact that kareena is getting all the limelight.

She certainly looks the part of a simple gaon ki chori....with her perfectly manicured nails and big fat rock. So believable.
She looks like a tipical girl, it's all about their make up and dressing otherwise....koi bhi aam larki in se bhi zyada achi lag sakti hai
i hope she took that ring off for the shot! be weird if she had it on for that part of the movie (as in kambakht ishq, she had that massive rock while she played a struggling doctor who does modeling part time to pay for her education :P)

Heroine better be GOOD because VIDYA BALAN delivered a spectacular performance in KAHAANI ......would love to see a KAREENA-VIDYA clash at the AWARDS next year

Oh dear, is she supposed to be a teenager here? Her unconvincing portrayal in Bodyguard was bad enough! Lol.
The plot of the film: Soo small town girl, makes it big in bollywood, casting couches probably help her as she's not from the big filmi households. She gets awards, big films, the fame and money but success goes to her head, she takes drugs, has a relationship with the wrong person (some violence involved) and then amidst this chaos, she starts to decline as an actress and the film offers dry up. She tries to make a come-back but fails. Ending either she dies (commits suicide/is killed) or she makes a successful come-back.
This film is sooo predictable!

It is said that Bebo ( Kareena Kapoor) dressed in a ghagra-choli, smoking a cigarette (not a beedi) does an impersonation of Sharmila (Kajli) who played a double role (Chanda and Kajli) in the 1975 film, directed by Gulzar.
Kareena has often said she admires Saif's mother's poise, dignity and her screen presence. So when opportunity presented itself, she was happy to pay a tribute to one of Sharmila's most remembered roles; a role for which she won a National Award.
Commenting on the topic, Madhur Bhandarkar said, "Actually I'm a huge Gulzar saab fan and I wanted Bebo to pay a tribute to Gulzar saab in this scene. It is a happy coincidence that it's a film that had a respected actress like Sharmila Tagore."
Madhur also adds, "Yes, Bebo has done a perfect take-off of that Mausam character with cigarette and gaalis intact."
Must see it when it comes out. So many looks for Bebo.
