Kareena Not Converting; Just Want The Couple To Be Happy, Says Randhir Kapoor
With daughter Kareena's wedding around the corner, father Randhir Kapoor is a happy man. He took time out of wedding preparations to speak to TOI. When asked "Will Kareena be converting like Sharmila did when she married Pataudi?", he replied "Nobody is converting here — one human being is getting married to another, so they are not concerned about caste, creed or breed. They are going in for a registered marriage, and as long as they are happy, they have my blessings. They want to follow what they believe in. I am not marrying off a 19-year-old here." So there you have it folks. From the mouth of one person who will definitely be aware of what is going on in Kareena's mind- her father. Unlike other old-fashioned dads who insist on things being done their way, Randhir Kapoor has accepted the private wedding by telling Times of India, "We have to respect the sentiment of the couple who are marrying." Saif may have had trouble with his girl's angry dad in his movies but he sure has landed a good guy as his real life father-in-law.

to people claiming saifoo is rich- i remember him washing dirty linen in public after his marriage to amrita broke. he ranted how amrita wanted to work in serials so she leaves the kids at home with a nanny which he didn't like. he wanted her to stay at home to look after the kids. while amrita was not satisfied with the alimony she got. he went on to say he's not as rich as shah rukh or aamir and can't pay more money.
also we know pataudi palace is converted into a hotel. if they could afford to keep it and not need it to generate a revenue why'd they rent it as a hotel ???
and mr. randhir kapoor also said babita is his wife...he is right technically but they have different LPG connection...i mean living seperately..
saif married amrita for money...he was a struggler then... the family was not ultra rich as everyone thinks...otherwise they would've supported him financially...he used her and now it's kareena's turn...

Believe it or not, Saif is extremely rich. At least his family is. They have properties spread out in India and Saif has homes in London too. His father was a cricket superstar and they have generational wealth. He was gifted a Bugatti as a wedding present by another royal family. You really think he's "poor"? If that is poor then I wish I was that poor anyday.

read all his interviews...in one of the interviews he says that he wants to make lots of money to secure his future....royal people with generational would not have to worry about their future my friend...one of his sister is managing all the properties worth thousands of crores but they don't own it...

Nikah without being convert? OMG, you both are a disaster anyway and now atleast dont make fun of any ritual be it Muslim/hindu/christian.. Completely follow what is says or continue living your disguised life like were in a livein relation! but dont take phera's without saif being hindu or Nikah without she being a muslim. The worst thing is neither Saif practices Islam not kareena practices whatever she is so why all this drama!! I bet it wont last for more than 3 yrs!
if he can fall in love with her as a Hindu girl, live with her for 5 years as a Hindu girl, why she needs to convert now?? they have said marriage is a formality only

Randhir Kapoor has to pretend that he is okay with this. No parent can be happy knowing that his beautiful, successful daughter (who can get anyone she wants) is marrying into a different religion, to a much older guy, who has an ex-wife and 2 teenage children.

even if she converts, she is not going to really live like a muslim. the bollywood muslims themselves dont live like muslims.
Saif doesnt pray 5 times, he openly drinks alcohol, they are in the business of glamour which itself is unIslamic in many ways.

Kapoors are Hindus... Also there is nothing wrong with Sikhism... Hinduism,Sikhism,Jainism ,Buddhism are all Dharmic religions , all these religions are more or less same and teach spreading love and harmony, not killing non believers(Kaffirs/Infidels) from the so called religion of peace!

the children will be def muslims so it doesnt matter if the woman converts or not..coz both sharmila and amrita were hindus but thier children are muslims: saif, soha, saba, sara, ibrahim...if they give the children the freedom to choose their religion then they're called liberals.
im not muslim but hey if you give me the nawab title and a big palace then u never know..

You are an idiot - Kapoor's are Khatri Hindu's. Yes they are punjabis, but not every punjabi is Sikh - many are Hindu's.

Actually shashi kapoor real name is Balvir which is a Sikh name and they've said it in so many interviews that they r punjabis even when ranbir kapoor went to the golden temple he said it himself
