Both. Kareena doesn't wear make up and her photos come out fine. Not everyone is blessed that way. There's nothing wrong with wearing some make up when you know, you'll be clicked by photographers and the pics will be published. Priyanka is not blessed like Kareena, her photos don't look good enough with make up and most women are not okay with looking bad in pics (celebrity or not).

Kareena Obviously! Priyanka is trying too hard to look good with all the make up and shades because she has got no natural beauty. But bebo has got it coming to her naturally. She is casual, no make up, natural and still looks beautiful and chic. Her skin is amazing and her complexion is soooo fair. Definitely BEBO the natural diva!
