The Mirchi Music awards were judged by distinguished Jury Members, veterans and maestros of the Indian film music industry who stand out for their personal achievements, passion and their immense love for music. The jury includes Ramesh Sippy, Ashutosh Gowariker, Sooraj Barjatya, Prasoon Joshi, Anu Malik, Aadesh Srivastava, Lalit Pandit, Louiz Banks, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, Kavita Krishnamurthy, Alka Yagnik, Sadhna Sargam, Suresh Wadkar, Talat Aziz and Ila Arun.

agneepath had a complete album,every song was at its best...be it sufi romantic song o saiya,chikni chameli item song,kawalli song 'shah ka rutba was superbbbbbbb....best was abhi mujhme kahin...wowo...congo the entire team..now hrithik-rish-sanjay should also get awards....

I am so happy for agneepath. The movie had a fantastic music score! Choreography for the PC song! Hrithik deserves best actor!

wow...seriously,finally at least agneepath movie got some RECOGNITION what it DESERVE...REALLY,such awards are far better than so called 'biggest' award functions....

Agneepath owned the night! Damn. But what the hell, not even one single award for Cocktail and/or Barfi - that's ridiculous. Barfi should've won album of the year. And its disappointing how Shalmali Kholgade got snubbed for Pareshaan. Shalmali in Pareshaan > Shreya in Chikni + Saans + everything else she sung that year
