Never played a character that is so bipolar and schizophrenic - Kareena on Heroine

Hope she makes us go ooh and aah. Aish would have easily done that. Kareena, I doubt, atleast for me. She's talented no doubt but still misses that breathtaking factor of Aish. But goodluck to her. I am sure she will rock it as any talented person would. I am still looking forward to this movie even with change of heroine.

Please spare me with praising high about aish acting....when she acts in comedy, one can't understand shall we laugh or cry. its just crying movies she can do...over-hyped person this aish is. Kareena can make you cry, laugh and go silly with her acting.
i so agree with some posters below. i am thinking it will be along the same lines of fashion. innocent village girl to movie star, drugs and booze, everybody is bad and selfish etc. instead of a model like in fashion, it's about a herione.

When she said that "People know I'm in the movie and thats enough" she didn't mean that oh because I'm in the movie, thats enough for it to do well... Hello use your brain... she meant that she doesn't have to be at all the events promoting the film, for people to know that she is in the movie... DUH! Everyone already knows that she is in the movie and for that reason she doesn't have to go to every event!!!! I find that people in India are great at taking things out of context, sometimes use your brain ppl!
Im glad the movie came back to Kareena. Its meant to be.. she is the finest we have! Period!
I would of loved to see Ash in Heroine (best choice in my opinion) she would of ROCKED IT beyond belief ! but I am happy for Kareena, she is beautiful and talented ! I can't wait to watch her in Ra.One!

1st madhur wanted her that's actually end of the story ms bachan ad a chance she blew it.
Story closed!! Kareena took it.
2nd kareena has better camisty with arjun rampel then aish does, remember the epic flop dil ke rishta? Was a bomb in b.o india. Kareena done average succes with him look better too.
3rd, kareena can portray the character no other women in india is better actrese then her now, remember being pwerful actrese and consistant no1 in bo.india.
So let her show all her talent in that movie then talk.

I just hope this film is not the usual 'oh simple girl-turned street smart because of how the industry is- along with emotional drama, turmoil, screaming, tears, love affairs etc' . We have seen that before, please. I can think of only that when she says 'schizophrenic bipolar' character....Thanks, but no- don't want to see another one go 'through her emotions'.

I am such a huge fan of Bebo but I feel soo sad for her. She mentions Saif in every single interview. Woman the interview is about you and your work not your boyfriend and his family. I get that she loves him and his family but her family had a loss too, in Shammi Kapoor. She could have mentioned that also. Every other interview she's been doing in the past year has Saif in it, even when she's not asked about him. Its quite sad that she's trying to make sure he doesnt feel left out due to her success. Her hard work spanning a decade got her here..she should enjoy basking in the glory rather than flattering her egomaniac bf's ego..I like bebo and saif as a couple but she needs to stop being his official PR person...YOU are Kareena Kapoor. He's YOUR BF, your not HIS GF! I'm so glad the wedding has been postponed indefinitely! I hope to see Kareena with a man who's not second hand and one who's closer to her age and who can love her like a true Bollywood Hero rather than dictating terms to her all the time and someone who she "looks up to" rather than someone who's her companion!
i usually do think kareena sounds vain but here she sounds normal. anyway, it's good she's going to spend that much time on herione bc it will truly test her box office mettle. personally, i would've preferred priyanka instead of kareena bc pri nails that physcotic dark edge look perfectly and also can dance well. so far, i mostly liked kareena in her bubbly characters like geet.

i can almost predict the story of 'heroine'. since its coming from bhandarkar who never delves deeper into the ambiguities of the professions he depicts, the film will be a stereotypical and superficial take on the life of a heroine in her prime - there will be women smoking and drinking and maybe doing drugs, being sexually promiscuous and oh maybe facing casting couch ( a personal touch there :)).. the heroine will take her stardom to her head and become 'schizophrenic' and 'insecure' of the new crop of starlets.. uff it is so predictable..
however i have no doubt that kareena would act very well.
she know she dont have a talent to do the mopvie...
