Tamanna to play Sridevi's role in Himmatwala remake
After trying hard to decide between Katrina, Anushka or Deepika for the female lead of Himmatwala remake, Sajid Khan finally zeroed in on Telugu actress Tamanna. She will play the leading role in the action drama that previously starred Jeetendra and Sridevi. Tamanna is currently busy with the promotions of her upcoming film 'Endukante Premanta' has confirmed that she is doing the role of Sridevi.

I think Tamanna will do justice to the role. She's a great actress, very pretty and immensely likable onscreen. I think Bollywood-only lovers will find her a refreshing change to the Katrinas,Deepikas and Anushkas of this world.
She overacts, ruined the remake of Jab We Met in Tamil with her over the top acting, tried copying all of Kareena's expressions!

sajid khan cant remake and beat Himmatwala.I didnt even like Agneepath remake too.But i was nowhere close to old Agneepath except the name of hero VIjay DEnanath.
I think film maker use old Hit films name to publicise their coming movies.
Jetandra and sridevi,Amjad khan were out of this world in himmatwala.No other actor can match them.
