divya was my favourite actress... when she died i was in class 5th and i cried a lot.... even today many times i have seen her in my dreams.... i always felt i had some special connection to her....well God knows what it is...

I feel bad 4 this girl n her family, poor girl she had everything in her 2 be the biggest star she could have been today, n not to mention not only did she have those generous look she was a fine actress unlike today talentless stars that only work in Bollywood because of they're looks (Katrina, the rock-star girl don't know her name, Deepkia, Sonam, n whole bunch of useless talents) RIP angel, I was biggg fan of her when i was a kid n fans like me wants to know what really happened 2 her ? we miss u Divya Bharti

Some say she fell from her fifth floor apartment balcony in Versova, Andheri West. Some say she was pushed, some say it was a cconspiracy - I guess no one will ever know the real truth.
I personally think she slipped, however, there was a wall there - so how could you slip then fall OVER a wall??
Designer Neeta Lulla was there as she and Divya were close and they were discussing designs for her next film (outfits), Neeta ran downstairs and saw Divya on the floor - eyes half open and blood on her face.
She was dressed as a bride on the day of her funeral as she was married to well known producer Sajid Nadiadwala (Heyy Baby, Housefull)
Her parents, brother Kunal and husband Sajid had to be carried durind Divya's funeral service.
Sajid eventually remarried and has two boys, however, he still has a photo of Divya in his wallet and he has still kept her things as they were such as shampoo bottles, hairbrush, etc.
She would have been 38/39 now - perhaps she would have had kids and I'm sure she would have still been acting..

omg, i remember i was 7 when she died.... she was my fav and i just loved her jodi with SRK, their jodi was amazing !!! i watched Deewana and DAH again and again.... my fav song is still Aisi Deewangi and they rstill my fav couple... srk and kajol is nothing in front of srk and divya jodi.... RIP ANGEL <3

very touching. divya was my fave actress as a kid in the 90's along with madhuri dixit and karishma kapoor. it's tragic that she passed away so young. RIP Divya.
Divya was a beautiful girl with a bright future.. but I can't help but feel from what the parents are saying that she was an arrogant, over confident girl who ruined a lot of good movie roles for herself... and it's like the parents are covering up a lot of things in between to show that everything is well and good.. can't help but feel like thhey might have used her as a cash cow when she was young and bautiful..
