I only said I should not have written about her failures for this simple picture. She is beautiful, probably most beautiful. Her acting skills are at the bottom. She is one of the worst actresses that Indian cinema has ever seen. She gives the same wooden and plastic expression in all frames. When did she make audience laugh, cry or feel for her on screen? You know what does I am complete director's actor mean? That means I dont know how to act.
Katrina is also bad actress infact very poor actress. But atleast she is getting work. Her costars, producers and directors are willing to work with her again. Difference between ash and Katrina is attitude. Ash on the other hand had problems with everyone she worked with. No producers, directors, heros seems to willing to work with her for second time. If everybody that you worked with previously does not want to work with you again, it says something.
She ran out of costars to work with. Akshay, Sanjay, Ajay and Hrithik were the only people that were left. She maxed out films with Hrithik. Akshay and Ajay may not work with her again. Sanjay and Abhishek are the only people left.
Kareena, Priyanka are the successful actresses. They are standing out really well even in the flop pictures. They improved over time. They learnt how to act.

Whole new level of respect for Jaya Bachchan after the way she stood up for Nirbhaya (pseudo-name for the Delhi girl who was raped) in Rajya Sabha...So Proud of you Jaya!!!
Atleast you proved that not all of Bollywood is fluff...She spoke her heart and pleaded persistently despite being cut off by the speaker several times (something I doubt many of her image conscious contemporaries or juniors would do)
Fashion crtitics, petty gossipers and the like..lay off Jaya Bachchan..coz she's got a new defender in me!

Sure! If that helps you sleep at night.
But at least get your facts right! Last Legion director praised Aishwarya to the skies. It was the writer who said Aishwarya has very expressive eyes but she acted as if it was a kids film (since all the explicit scenes in the book were not present in the film). And it's the fault of the director not Aishwarya. She just did what she was asked to. She is a complete director's actor.
P.S. Too bad you judge someone's career by the number of hits they have. By that standard Katrina must have the greatest career in Indian cinema, but when you really look at her body of work, you find nothing but masala candy floss films and nothing remotely related to art. At least Aishwarya had movies like Devdas, HDDCS, Guru, Jodhaa Akbar, Chokher Bali, Raincoat etc where she got critical acclaim and awards.

Well said Anon. I work for a living too but I dont have to drop my clothes or do a "fevicol se" or kiss or be on "casting couch" or anything like that. The craze for these two bit film starts is shocking.

On front row with Anupama Chopra, watched Priyanka's interview. What a difference between this one and the horrendous interviews Aish gives. No wonder nobody in our press cares about her.
She never had a great career in hindi cinema, barring 4-5 hits. She had issues with every co-star, director, producers she worked with. Then she said I am going west. Her acting skills were thrashed there. Last Legion director got frustated with her expressionless face. She never had good career as an actress.
Ash pls wear more purple, lavender, mauve, orange etc - COLOUR!!
