haters are going to hate. i think she looks stunning! if you're critiqing a movie then cool but yu dont need talent to walk the red carpet..and she looks great! lets not be biased, not everyone has the genetics as aiswarya rai but atleast frieda is new and still tries to learn acting unlike your 'superstar' rai..lol! Just because all of the directors here casted Pinto in their movies iit doesn't mean she is talent. And Kim Kardshain mingles with alot of big names in hollywood , does that make her talent? Freida is simliar to her. They are both annyoing , have no real talent , and they are getting ednorsemesnts for no reason. Kim Karsdhain is a reality t.v star , so no hard work there .Freida Pinto made it by luck , she did not work hard at all. Freida floped in most of these movies. SLumdog she did nothing , Miral she was awful , Stranger was another 5 min role and Immortals she looks so pathetic in the trailer. Black Gold got some pretty bad reviews. Even Antiono Banderas could not light it up.
who cares if big tome directors chose her ? lots of good dirctors chose bad actors in their movies. don't be fooled by a big name . always consider quality than quanity

It's normal, especially in the summer, your arms get much more sun exposure then your face, maybe you wear a hat, or you drive. Does it mean I wanna look Indian cos my arms are tanner then my face?
And she has nothing to worry about if her co-nationals don't like her. She has plenty of non Indian fans all over the World who don't worry about her face to arms color ratio.''

Freida is world famous, she appears on many international big-name magazine covers. A quick Google search will show you exactly which ones. Sorry if you can't accept it but it is what it is!
Her face makeup matches with her neck and chest. She doesn't have to match it with her arms, that's silly, arms get different sun exposure from face or legs or w/e. Stop looking for excuses to hate.

It's the lights that's mKing her skin look lighter.... Saw her pics from press conference n her skin co our looked normal
She's not trying to be white. Arms are always many shades darker than your face (speaking from experience) not to mention flashes from the camera. Also her face looks a little ashy because of the bleached facial hair. She looks stunning here. Why would she try to change her skin colour? That is mostly the reason why she's famous in the West, her skin tone is celebrated.

She is not famous in the" west ". We call ourselves North Americans or Europeons and she is not well known here. Please don't make up stuff . Aishwarya Rai is the only really famous Indian actress in the "west" , not Freida Panty. And we do not care if a person is pale or tan , we are not that shallow like some countries who only care about facial feature and skin tone. We care if a person is educated , went through school , attractive ,is a nice and caring person.
