if its no make then even a lip color n kajal has to be excluded...that way bebo has done a bit of make up where as lolo is absolutely natural
I think Karishma looks fine. First of all, she must be pretty to be walking around with no makeup.
Second, that is a weird face she is making. She is not even smiling.
She is quite fair skinned so she has to be careful in what light the picture is taken, else she can look ghostly.
Overall if you just look at her face without any expectations, just imagine a girl walking around the mall, you'd think she was very pretty. Its just cause we have seen her overloaded with makeup and always glamorous, the everyday non glamorous look is dissappointing to some.

this isn't a fair comparison--kareena is wearing full makeup! i guess karishma doesn't look as glamorous but the thing is we aren't used to natural faces anymore...think about it...how many pics without makeup do you guys have on your facebook? probably zero.
