Whoever implies she's had surgery is absolutely an idiot or just jealous .... because I've seen this woman from the very beginning and nothing has changed on her face. She has the same darn features she had from the very start. Yeah she got rid of facial hair but who doesn't have facial hair .... no other actress came in such a young age or in such a time where hair removing wasn't a fashion. Back in those days people didn't care much for hair removal and eyebrow stuff and she still looked great even with hair and busy eyebrows. Later in the movies they start tanning her to make her look more indian but nevertheless she looked gorgeous. If anyone has seen her few first movie they'll know how natural her beauty is. She was gorgeous from the start and that's a fact and if you call that ugly than I don't know what beauty is.

First of all she is not separated or living separately from her husband ( gosh I must congratulate the Indian Media for being able to spread bad news very very well but does poorly when its good news... or maybe its the audience that is selective when reading news!) And secondly has it ever occurred to that genius who says that Karisma is selling her kids picture for money, that there are many people who owns camera nowadays and it is possible that one of those genius is selling the picture... Talk about having a narrow and small brain (again if you want to pull Lolo's image down at least be brilliant about it).
