When you're pregnant your hands, feet, face everything gets fat. It has nothing to do with whether you keep yourself away from food normally or you eat like a pig because when you're pregnant the weight the has nothing to do with how much you eat. I really doubted Karishma has been keeping herself away from food because she's always been skinny and had a great figure. Kareena gains weight quickly and food effects her she's said that many times and Karishma has never gained weight like that apart from pregnancy. Karishma gets it from her moms side.
