This is a proper post pregnancy weight gain, her face looks normal whereas plastic surgery queens aish and shilpa have weird bloated unattractive faces

Aishwarya's priorities are right. She has to eat well to feed her baby well. I don't know about Lara Dutta. She has lost the baby fat too soon just like Beyonce. Hope their babies are not ignored

The blouse looks weird, her boob is literally poking out. Other than that she looks amazing as a new mother! She radiates a much more beautiful and healthy glow than Aishwarya. This is all due to the fact that Aishwarya cakes on far too much makeup than what she really needs, thus hiding her natural glow.
