Madhuri Dixit and Malaika Arora Khan add glitter to the wedding of Lakshmi and Arjun in 'Main Lakshmi Tere Aangan Ki' Lakshmi and Arjun are getting married and their sangeet is celebrated with style. It had a lot of celebrities coming to perform. Sanjeeda and Aamir Ali, Bharti, Karan, Suhasini etc danced but icing on the cake was the dance performance by dancing queen Malaika Arora Khan who danced on the two popular songs anarklai disco chali & dil mera muft ka. She even pulled bride & groom Lakshmi and Arjun on stage to dance with her. Shraddha Arya who is playing the lead character of Lakshmi, had loads of fun. Not everybody gets a chance to dance with the dancing diva Malaika sharing the same stage. However, Lakshmi was most happy when Madhuri Dixit Nene came in to give her blessings. Madhuri Dixit has done a guest appearance in the serial. Lakshmi is very nervous before the marriage and Madhuri comes to bless Lakshmi. She also gifts the couple a Ganpati to begin this new chapter in their life. 'Main Lakshmi Tere Aangan Ki' is about a middle class girl called Lakshmi, her inspirational journey towards realizing her dreams. Lakshmi has led a very normal middleclass life since her childhood, yet she always felt that money is important. She always motivates people to think higher, to rise up in life. The story revolves around her unique love story with Arjun and how she is perplexed and unable to choose between true love and wealth later. Madhuri comes back and gets nothing but these ridiculous pr events. Sridevi comes back and Balki designs a film around her with even the Big B playing a small tribute to her. Guess that tells you who is the bigger star at the end of the day. No wonder they call Sridevi the Last Empress!!!
Poor Madhuri has no film offers and is spending time doing these inane TV stuff. Sad
For the 'Anonymous' person who has written an anti-Sridevi post.....I can understand your condition and feel sorry for you....Sridevi is coming back in a fabulous film with the likes of Balki, Amitabh and French superstar Mehdi Nebbou while your Madhuri uprooted her family and dragged them all the way to India with bag and baggage since months but still does not have a single film on hand since no one wants to make another Aaja Nachle....All she has are lame PR events like these....so no wonder Madhuri fans are getting sleepless nights out of sheer jealousy.....as for your statement that Sridevi was here but did nothing, you obviously have not seen the fashion weeks of the past few years where she was the show stopper for the biggest designers including Neeta Lulla and Queenie Dhody besides tons of TV ads....We Sri fans don't need to bark....we simple whisper the truth that not everyone can be Sridevi
For the people who are writing about Sridevi down I would say Sridevi is way better than Madhuri in everything be it acting, looks, sense of fashion. Sri used to change her look alot since her early days. Madhuri is still stuck in her ek do teen days. The biggest proof was Aaja Nachle. What a cheesy movie!!!

Everyone wants money but only deserving people like Madhuri get it. Everyone is doing TV nowadays, it's no longer small screen, it's as big as movies. Madhuri never did these things in 90s as at that time, situation was different but now it's changed. She's going on with time and the fact she's still loved and appreciated for her amazing screen presence and personality, not to mention the natural acting skills and her outstanding dancing abilities. I don't think any other actress of her age would get these kind of offers, her popularity is increasing day by day. Sridevi fans are jealous and as someone wrote these things make Sri appear as a bigger loser in front of MD. MD, in true sense is the actress of the millennium.

Within 6 months after she moved back to India, she got great offers be it TV (Life OK), Movies (Dedh Ishqiya), Endorsements (Olay & many others) and even international honors (Madam Tussauds wax statue)....Sridevi was always here but never received this kind of overwhelming treatment & respect. Kajol has only Karan Johars to get movies....Madhuri was never a part of any camp, she never ran towards any director/producer/actors...she had neutral relations with people yet she was supremely loved for her sheer professionalism....Sridevi fans don't bark like dogs. You make Sri look like a looser infront of Madhuri.. The fact is Madhuri has surpassed Sridevi long ago...now trying to belittle her is the most stupid thing one can do..she's an iconic actress
