She looks very sad and depressed. I think he needs to take care of his wife more and pay less attention to his music. It must be really hard for her to put up with his affairs and she must obviously still love him thats why she is still with him.
Its sad to see men mistreat their wife once they have the money and the success it corrupts them. She deserves so much better. Beauty is only skin deep, looks fade with time and everyones body changes for the worse as they become older but a good wife that stands by you is hard to find. He should appreciate what he has not what he can get because other girls will want him for the money and fame but his wife loves him for who he is.
