it's fantastic that she's a natural beauty- -no makeup;; no surgery (as far as we know)... she is all natural. it enchances her beauty if it's natural.. nothing wrong in saying that. artifice beauty has its charm, but certainly natural beauty is a treasure.

she didnt refuse amirs movie..basically amir khan wanted to caste her in Lagaan..but when he met her he realised she looks way too intelligent for the role of a simple submissive village girl .thats the role which was given to gracy singh...i remember in an interview he said her eyes are way too intelligent and that will not convince the audience... she is very pretty..check out her youtube interview with "brunch with bushra" pakistani tv interview...she looks sooooo smart.

why does someone define her as 'not glamourous' , just because she won't wear lip gloss and color her hair light brown and wear 'mod clothes'. she has a more beautiful face and good figure than most of the top stars today-- just a view-- but her face strucuture is just nicer. She seems VERY GLAMOUROUS in an intelligent, Earhy way.. kind of like Smita Patil or Katherine Hepburn. they were very glamourous-- but shunned artifice type looks, and refused to be little girls.

yeah.. great actress. she was said to be playing the role of Choker Baali, but it was given to Aish instead-- as the producer wanted the film to be 'more famous' with a big star in it. she was very hurt by that. if she's stubborn, it could be a reaction to Bollywood's fickle and shallow ways she has experienced.

sometimes the media makes these stars by deciding how much coverage to give each. her life itself is a soap opera, as dramatic if not more than any of the top stars today. but ppl know nill. can you imagine how much hype Aish or Salman would have had, if the public knew 0% about their private life, including interviews and standard coverage. 0%. only knew them by their films.. that's it. would they be that much famous then?... not really. the public wants to create a 'bond' with the stars.. and those who do not get media coverage get hurt in this aspect.

yeah.. she's very pretty, so natural.. and such a beautiful reflection on the heritage of Indian beauty. There was a time when Aamir wanted her for one of his masala films, but she refused.. as it was a 'too fluff' role-- if the articles were true.
