The dress just hangs on her like a robe. She is not busty to carry off this style. A more fitted style and darker color might have worked better

soft feminine flowy ethereal dress like that would suit diya mirza or ashwarya. it doesnt suit priyanks strappy built and large face, large lips and weird nose. it suits a girl with more fine, delicate features

Oh Noo....the bottom part of the dress is drowning her. Bust down looks pretty but bottom part nope. No shape to it at all.. a suitable length and breath of fabric might have saved the look. But this is completely not working. Sorry PC. But YOU look good, as in your face and personality.
