I don't think Rishi Kapoor needs to "allow" Neetu Kapoor to do anything. She just has a haircut that suits her age and style a bit better than standard long hair.

What's with people here...why should Neetu take Rishi's permission to cut her hair and why should Aishwarya Rai have a baby to feel fulfilled?? Come on folk, move on, we are not in the middle ages and women are free human beings and both Neetu and Aish are successful career women and have set excellent examples for others to follow. Neetu Singh is so bright, lively and beautiful. The only thing I miss is her long thick hair, how come Rishi Kapoor allowed her to do that? :)
