I agree with you but I think his Charity "Being Human" needs the publicity for awareness - once people know about it and what assistance they can receive from it, they will approach it.

i think celebrities can also be human sometimes and can do things without having publicity in mind!
it happened on dabangg 2 sets so arbaz is responsible for his crew's health and safety and it's their responsibility to pay for their treatments and visit them to hospital. no big deal.

I'm happy to learn that Salman didn't leave it on the Doctor alone who is working with the Film Unit, but showed up to accompany the injured to the hospital - He showed genuine concern, and as usual, he took on the leadership role on behalf of the Khan family by paying the medical expenses and compensation. I wish the injured persons a speedy recovery and may God bless all of them and their families!
Oh, and here I thought he went to go see Rajesh Khanna.

This is not the first time a mishap has happened on a movie set. But it is the first time that a superstar himself took the injured crew to the hospital. Oh How I fall in love with Salman everyday. He is the best. May God always bless him and keep him safe.
