Rani looks 12-years-old in these pics, so cute.
There is no nose job or anything! That's just one picture and the angle from which it was taken. Either way face changes with age. She was so stunning!!!

LOL in the third one with the yellow background, she looks cute, like she's not really sure how to pose. She looks so composed in a lot of her pics now that it just looks very cute. :D Too bad about her and Rani not being close anymore, I always see old pics with her and Rani together mostly, they seemed close.
She looks lovely and hairier, meaning not much hair removal from face.
Rani looks lovely as well. I guess both are too ambitious to be competing in the same industry for same roles to be friends for ever. And yes, Rani is VERY ambitious, no less than Ash.But Ash is certainly more cunning and manipulative than rani.
seee, shes' has been wearing contact from a long time, ash is too fake, she love to fool and lie to people, look at her in the first picture, she looks horrible and patchy. I don't know why ppl can't see taht she has she has transformed so much , she has done too many plastic surgery and face lifts. I can't see her as a natural beauty trying to represent indian women.
Honestly, if you ask me I don't think she is the most beautiful. She is petty for sure and has great facial features but she looks heavenly with lighting and the right make up. I had seen her in ads before Ms. World and I was like ewwww that's how bad she looked. So for me Karishma Kapoor is more of a all time natural beauty but most ppl say she once looked like a man but wouldn't see that she came at age 16 and the directors didn't bother grooming her but if you ask me I just think they thought she was gogeous enough without grooming. It was only Karishma of the kind befor Aish came along and they started whitening her and putting light make up. Karishma looks heavenly in her way older movies and even now. I think she is the most gorgeous in the industry after Saira Banu. Aish it's just a lot of maintenance and the right make up like always dressed up and all. I have seen Karishma appear all wrapped up in dupattas all natural. Karishma wore minis cause the directors thought she had a great figure which she always did she never lookd vulgure to me and Aish revealed by wearing chunris and I always said I love how Aish never did behuda scenes and wore vulgure clothes but around the time she was getting married she revealed more than anyone in shoots Dhoom 2 various shoots it looked cheap even though in Dhoom she was all hot but the clothes were way too vulgure.

she is gorgeous ..very ethreal..some anonymous person has posted that she looks manly/needs to get eyebrows done/its all make up... all these ppl r plain jealous..they should look themselves in the mirror..iam sure they are all ugly bitches...iam sure even make up wont change their ugly faces...ppl know her through out the world..she was a part of oprah and represtended india...she won miss world..got break in hollywood..gets invited at internation film festivals... never looked cheap in films... part of bachhan family...i dont think she needs to anything to anyone of these loosers..BLOODY BITCHES
