Good fashion takes risks, which means doing something a little unexpected outside of the norm. What they're wearing to the screening is unexpected, but it's not inappropriate. There's a difference. Good fashion is also about how well coordinated something is. The cute and fun part in this is that not only are their outfits coordinated, but they also coordinate with each other, especially the sisters.

I honestly think that you people giving bad comment don't understand fashion. All these people saying that they are dressed bad are stupid. And all the people saying they are dressed too formal: i think they are dressed right for the screening of a movie. Dont you guys see the screening and premiers of hollywood movies, they all wear gowns and suits because it is important! part of a screening of a movie is to present the movie to the industry before it goes out to the public so it should be done in a professional manner. Bollywood has been a good part of india's economy domestically but if they want money to be coming in from abroad they need to start taking things like screenings seriously and make sure that its extravagant so that it gets in the news abroad and more corporations and actors form other countries want to be apart of bollywood and that will help generate more money for the industry and india. Maybe everybody in the industry should try to be more dressy like sonam and her family. When sonam wears all these high end designer stuff she gets the attention of the designers (ex. she talked about how she loved louis vuitton and louis vuitton did a photo op with her and because of that they were inspired to incorporate indian designs in their clothing line which everybody in hollywood loved. also she was the first indian actress to have a chanel dress sent to her by the designer Karl Lagerfeild who later did an interview talking about how he loved sonam kapoor and indian clothing) and all of this brings more attention to bollywood.

I wonder how many pieces of clothing they have? They could feed Mumbai or a small country if they sold their clothes. And the poor get poorer in India....
