Vidya Balan at the IIFA Awards. No surprises to see Vidya bag the best actress award again. I just wish she would change up her style once in a while. This particular sari and look ages her about twenty years. Vidya is in Masaba Gupta.

forget the looks and weight for a minute guys....we have here a SERIOUS actress. possibly the best bollywood has to offer. she is the one actress who can carry a film without a male lead.

tht is definitely true as well...she is one great actress :)..people should stop acint like "fashion" is everything lol..sonam kapoor is soooo ULTRA fashionable....but does not knw the "A" of acting.
But bcoz I think Vidya Balan is an amazing woman..and people looks up to her....she should just have a lil bit more sense of fashion....
as I said before..she needs to have a better hairstyle :)

I always find Vidya Balan's face very classy, I always think she should use her beauty wisely.
For example -
- Change her HaIrStYlE for sure!! (1st thing to do),
- Loose just a lil bit more weight,
- Better clothes (for ex - at least try a gown for once),
- Also there are loads of better sarees in the market to wear (bcoz I do not like this one at all),
- Wear high hEeLs.....
- And definitely needs a better MaKeUp man
When I imagine her in the same clothes that PC wore in IFFA..i see her as an extremey classy looking woman....with a glimpse of the 80s.
For a second I thought she was carrying that prosthetic bump that she wore during Kahaani and its promotions.
Dear Vidya, its best to lose weight when you are young. Its extremely difficult to lose weight after a certain age.
Vidya and Sonakshi pretty much look like sisters.
She looks more like Silk Smitha here than she ever did in TDP! The way the awards are coming to her anybody would think she had appeared in a Master-Piece, when all it was was your bog-standard Bollywood film with a hint of pretension on the part of the Producers to make our desi critics think it was intelligent enough for their reviews and praise!
I swear Buzz18 and NDTv have an agenda to make a Super-Star out of Vidya. Their persistence and unashamed promotion of her on a daily basis is mind-boggling!!!! I am sure boyfriend and bigwig at UTV has something to do with it. She is a good actress and that's about it.
Underwhelming look from Vidya. I don't mind that she sticks to saris because she says that works better for her physique and she loves the sensuality of the sari. But this particular look, with those earrings, etc, just doesn't work.

Aftrr Dirty Picture and Kahaani, i am sure you get big offers, so big money too. Then please hirea stylist. You're such a good actress, but when it comes to dressing, your that much of a disaster.

Well am glad atleast she gave a sexy touch to the back with the blouse. But please Vidya, don't gain ANY MORE WEIGHT :( The sari is looking decent from far but close-up looks very bland.
Yeah what's with the white make-up on everyone where the face looks like a mask is on.
First time I'm writing anything negative about Vidya. Makeup is just garish & sari is horrible. Vidya you're the best actress in Bollywood & I love you a lot but just start dressing nicely in INDIAN CLOTHES cause I prefer u in that. For ex she wore this beautiful churidaar during Kahaani's music launch she looked brilliant in that. Anyways congrats on another award.

India is the only place in the world where 90% of sarees are manufactured? She couldn't find a SINGLE dhang ka saree?? And Dirty Picture came and went now almost a year ago and she still couldn't get rid of the excess weight?
Bad makeup. But I prefer Vidya wearing the same type of sarees over Western wear.

I think she's a great actress but there's a reason why none of the khans, Hrithik, or any hero doesn't want to work with her. OMG she looks bigger than ASH!
Gosh...I really like Vidya as an actress, but she's definitely going downhill..with all the success going to her head...er..body in this case.
Seriously she needs to loose weight and get fit. She's entering the obese territory which is neither healthy nor attractive (except for meat/sex starved front benchers who made 'The Diry Picture' a hit). And please don't post ridiculous answers equating fat with curves..I'm yet to see love handles on the curvy sculptures in Indian temples that Indian men seem to salivate over.
