Avengers: Endgame star Samuel L Jackson, who recently appeared in Spider-Man: Far From Home, has no filters. Time and again, we've seen the actor holding his thoughts backs. This time around was no different. The actor was out and about promoting the Spider-Man movie. The actor was reprising his role of Nick Fury for the same. This was the third time that Jackson was portraying his Marvel Cinematic Universe character on the screen. It was during the promotions that the actor took a dig at Daniel Craig and his James Bond exit.

As per a Fox News report, the actor involved the British actor while discussing the future of his stint with MCU as Nick Fury. While interacting with Foxlight's Michael Tammero, the 70-year-old star said, "I'm not James Bond. I'm not looking for another job. I'm O.K. with being Nick Fury for however long they need me to be." For the unversed, the actor referred to Daniel Craig badmouthing the Bond role in 2015.

Jackson did not hold back at that. He went on to joke, "I can't stand being associated with this character anymore... I have to get out," poking his Spider-Man: Far From Home co-star Jake Gyllenhaal. "Come on, man. This [role] is great," he added. James Bond fans would remember that Craig had confessed he was tired of playing the 007 spy. Speaking to Time Out London during the release of Spectre, he confessed that he was done playing the role.

"I'm over it at the moment. We're done. All I want to do is move on. If I did another Bond movie, it would only be for the money," he said. The actor, whose last stint as the Bond will be in Bond 25, added, "It’s a drag. The best acting is when you’re not concerned about the surface. And Bond is the opposite of that. You have to be bothered about how you’re looking. It’s a struggle. I know that how Bond wears a suit and walks into a room is important. But as an actor I don’t want to give a fuck about what I look like!"
