Kareena Kapoor may have literally turned into a princess by marrying the nawab Saif Ali Khan; however, she is not overwhelmed. Chatting about her association with the Royal family she says, "It is more love and respect of the people that I value. What title? I’ve no clue if these titles are recognised anymore. I’m just happy and proud to be a part of a heritage. I also realise that there is a huge responsibility that comes with it. I’m honoured to be a part of the Pataudis. I love them and I’m happy for my association." "Whatever I am today is because I am an actor, that comes foremost and I will never forget that," adds Kareena. Interestingly, according to Kareena, she isn't the Begum of Pataudi. "As far as I’m concerned, the Begum of Pataudi will always be my mother-in-law Sharmila Tagore. I love her and hers is the picture I have in my mind and heart when someone says, the Begum of Pataudi," concludes Kareena.

Well Said Kareena. And those who are making big noise about kareena trying to boost about being begum now. Can you actually read what she said? She is answering the question asked to her and 'Not Claiming'.
Well said Kareena. Those with nasty comments, Kareena is just replying the answer she was asked and 'Not Claiming' to begum. Either you don't understand english or you are just making assumptions and eating up those words in between the line and trying to make Kareena bad.
She just embarrasses herself.

the so called Begum of patAudi had to sleep with Rajesh Khanna for getting roles opposite him even after her marriage and daughter in law is dancing item numbers for money after marriage. Arunodaoy Singh is a prince of Rajasthan , He is also a struggling actor. Saif came to Mumbai Pennyless,he was using Amrita singh's wallet to pay the bill in his initial years. It'sbetter for Kareena to keep her mouth shut like Saif about that long lost Nababi.
Sharmila had to earn the bread for her family even after her marriage. Saif all these years never told anybody that his forefathers were Nababs , because he know the reality that there is no Nababi now. I now. Mansoor al khan pataudi had to work as an editor of Sports magazine owned by ABP to earn money. it's again kareena's PR advised her to make some silly comments again.
