@MysticRose yeah thanks I agree with you on Jennifer Aniston...remember she was famous for "the Rachel" haircut which was youthful and fresh then she slowly graduated to a sleeker longer look and generally sticks to simple designs in terms of her style. She's still a style icon here in the States. The same thing with Halle Berry whom you can take a picture of her from 20 years ago and look at her now and scarcely see a difference. Mind you Halle Berry has been the face of Revlon cosmetics for nearly 20 years now. Deepika needs to ease up on the experimental looks and definitely needs to stop styling her hair in that ghastly promenade pageantry manner. Her two looks for this particular GQ event were horrendous and this is coming from a place of love not hate, just imagine what the people who actually dislike her are saying right now. I disagree with the tall girl thing though, I think it all boils down to confidence. Just look at Rebecca Romijn (5'11), Charlize Theron (5'10), Julia Robert (5'9), Gwyneth Paltrow (5'9), Cameron Diaz (5'9), Uma Thurman (6') & Brooke Shield (6') all women in their 40s and 50s and none of them ever look matronly or slouchy on the red carpet.

yeah you are right, take a look at Jennifer Aniston, I saw Wanderlust recently and I couldn't get over how young she looked! Surprisingly a lot younger than she did in Along Came Polly. But I think girls like Deepika get tagged with the 'older look' because they are tall, same with Nicole Kidman.
Angelina Jolie and Reese Witherspoon are roughly the same age but Reese looks a lot younger than Angelina because she is petite.

So true, I hear Joan Rivers (the Queen mother of plastic surgery and botox) say this all the time on Fashion Police. Her advice: Young girls need to be young and dress our age. Dressing matronly or styling ourselves matronly does not do us any favours especially if the style sticks with us as we age. Just ask Nicole Kidman who went from ultimate fashionista to the queen of matronly. Be young Deepika!!!!!

What's the big deal about boobs? They are just fat tissue whose purpose is to suckle young newborns. As long as it's purpose is done their work is over.
Butt is again fatty tissue whose purpose is to sit.

Deepika has a healthy, gorgeous body and not everybody needs to be top heavy to be attractive, plus shes on a cover of a magazine not running around in that gown so vulgarity is out of the discussion.
That being said, I don't like the styling and the makeup here, its not a good look.
