too much lipo in the midriff and underarms area. And her whole body is kinda disproportionate now. Thats what she did in Istanbul then? Why couldnt they dress her in a more size appropriate dress. She was not that fat but she could still be pretty and now she just looks like a man :( sad what women do to themselves

she didn't have lipo, because lipo leaves scars and needs at least 4 weeks to heal and I don't think kareena can offord to take that time off. she lost weight by diet and workout, she was fat in the start of movie but lost weight in the end and she didn't take time off to get lipo.
